"It has been a pleasant experience right from the start.
Your communication is exemplary, which is very rare these days. Every single person that has been to my home in relation to my skylights has been polite, helpful, caring and a joy to have in the home.
Even as the guys were leaving yesterday they popped up again to look at what may be a potential leak and said that they will come back to lift something near the skylight (to do with the solar panels for the pool ) so that the water will not pool there anymore.
Polite and gorgeous, is all I can say.
